Aflon limited been at the forefront of ICT education in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) since 1994. It commenced activities under public designation as Aflon Computer Centre at Hali Brothers, Wuse Zone 1, Abuja. The two principal areas of operation were vocational training and educational publishing, both solely in the field of information technology.

In January 2005, the basic education school: Aflon Digital Academy (ADA) was established at Kuje. From an initial intake of 60 students, we now have 330 students on a permanent campus located on Cambial Road, Sector Centre B, Kuje.

In 2007, Aflon Computer Centre was transformed into a an academic, research and development institution; and the name changed to Aflon Digital Institute (ADI). This is to reflect its envisaged combination of (a) academic technological training with (b) research and industrial consultancy based on Computer Technology.

As at December 2010, ADI has trained Fourteen Thousand, Three Hundred and Nineteen (14,319) private students and Two Thousand, Three Hundred and Ninety Three (2,393) corporately sponsored participants. Most noteworthy, an IT Training Event for 600 Civil servants and 520 Teachers in the FCTA was successfully completed on Friday, July 08, 2011.
